Where City Documents Disagree

Last updated September 20, 2026.

City, state and agency documents about these projects give different facts, dates or numbers for the same thing in a number of places. This page lists 32 of them. Each row gives the two documents, their dates and the page, slide or section where the statement appears, so that each can be checked. A disagreement is not a finding of error. Many come from different dates, definitions or study areas, and a note says so where a reason is visible in the documents.

Where a document is not posted online (the state agreements, the May 18, 2026 letter, the May 19-20, 2026 emails and the Round 9 application), a copy can be obtained from the City or the state as a public record. Links to every posted document are at the bottom of the page.
